​CAUSE Founder and Principal, Paul Eagle, is a seasoned communications professional with 30 years of experience. Throughout his career advising both corporate and nonprofit organizations, he has developed strategic marketing and public relations programs, managed numerous crises, launched new brands, and developed media relations initiatives for some of the largest brands in the country. This includes but is not limited to: Catholic Relief Services, Goodwill Industries, MetLife, Peace Corps, Target, Travelers Insurance, T. Rowe Price, and Wells Fargo.

A recipient of several national public relations awards, Paul lives in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, where he is a community radio DJ, vinyl collector, and avid dirt biker. He also currently serves as an adjunct professor for The University of Maryland and Jessup University.
